Presented by the David Mann Legacy Foundation and Choppers Magazine, the 2nd Annual David Mann Chopper Fest Kansas City celebrates motorcycles, art, music, and the culture that built the chopper world.
Set in David Mann's hometown, this Midwest gathering brings together hand-built choppers, invited builders, live music, vendors, tattoo artists, food, drinks, and thousands of enthusiasts who still believe motorcycles are meant to be ridden, not polished and parked.
