Joe Marshall has been building custom bikes and parts for over 20 years which is almost as much time as he spent in our armed forces. Although located in Purcellville, Virginia, Joe can be seen riding his custom choppers in the Black Hills, Beaches of Florida, Carolinas, TN, and all across the country.
